These sessions are designed to foster peer-to-peer problem solving and community building. Here, we’ll tackle challenges and face change head-on alongside peers, subject matter experts and talent practitioners. A hybrid of interactive speaker presentations, audience conversation, live problem-solving and community building, driving participants to problem-solve with peers in real time

Talent Spotlight (Open for speaker proposals)

An interactive session format designed to highlight innovative perspectives and real-world case studies addressing today’s most pressing talent challenges. Each session will include 3 speakers who will each deliver a powerful 10-minute presentation that showcases actionable ideas and proven strategies for shaping the future of work.

Talent Connect Show connects the global talent community online through a talk-show style live broadcast.

Across 3 regional broadcasts, Talent Connect Show features a mix of pre-produced and live content, including featured Summit speakers delivering mainstage keynotes or joining us in the Talent Connect All Access Studio for ‘Live Studio Guest’ segments with one of our Show co-hosts.

Selected speakers will have the opportunity to attend all Talent Connect Summit programming. Please note that this is not a paid speaking opportunity, and all travel and lodging costs are at the speaker's expense.

What is your policy re: COVID safety and proof of vaccination?
